A large share of ERP projects run late, overrun budget, or quietly stop after go-live. Sometimes the scope was wrong. Sometimes the partner was. We take over stalled implementations, work out what's actually built versus what was promised, and give you a written recovery plan before you commit to anything further.

How long does an implementation take?
A focused SME rollout — sales, purchasing, inventory and invoicing — typically runs 6 to 12 weeks from kick-off to go-live. Manufacturing, multi-company or heavy integration work takes longer. We give you a phased plan so the first useful piece goes live early rather than everything landing at once.
What does it cost?
Two separate costs: Odoo's own subscription, priced per user and per app, and our work. We quote implementation work as a scoped fixed price or a capped estimate after the mapping phase, so you are not signing a blank cheque. The mapping itself is a small, separate engagement you can stop after.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No, and usually you shouldn't. Most projects start with the area causing the most pain, run it live, then extend. Keeping your existing accounting or webshop and integrating it is a perfectly good outcome if that system works well for you.
Can you work with our existing IT team?
Yes. Some clients want us to deliver everything; others want us to design the solution and support their own developers. Both work. We document what we build so your team can take it over.
What if Odoo isn't the right fit?
Then we say so. We would rather lose a project than deliver a system that fights your business. The mapping phase exists partly to answer that question honestly.
