Who is responsible

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message you provide, together with the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to a discussion, to manage the resulting business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where relevant the steps taken prior to entering a contract.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our CRM system, hosted within the EU. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 24 months. Data relating to clients is retained for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as required by Swedish accounting legislation.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to our processing of it. Write to info@vonyra.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
