From the first process map to the tenth improvement.
We cover the full lifecycle of a business system: choosing it, implementing it, connecting it to what you already run, and keeping it useful as you grow.
Six ways we work with you
Business process consulting
Before any software decision, we map how your business actually runs today and where the friction sits. You get a documented target process and a clear recommendation — including when the answer is "don't change the system yet".
- End-to-end process mapping
- System and licence review
- Business case and prioritisation
Odoo implementation
Full implementation from a blank database to a system your team uses daily. Configuration, workflows, roles, documents and reporting — delivered in short cycles so you see progress rather than a big reveal at the end.
- Scoping and phased rollout plan
- Configuration across the modules you need
- Testing with your own real data
Data migration
Customers, suppliers, products, stock, open orders and balances moved across with a documented mapping. We clean as we go, so you don't carry ten years of duplicates into a new system.
- Extraction from legacy systems and spreadsheets
- Cleaning, de-duplication and validation
- Reconciliation before go-live
Integrations
Odoo rarely stands alone. We connect it to the tools you keep — webshops, accounting, banks, carriers, EDI and in-house systems — over APIs so the data flows once and stays in sync.
- Webshop and marketplace connections
- Bank, payment and accounting links
- Custom API work and scheduled syncs
Training & go-live support
A system nobody understands is a system nobody uses. We train by role rather than by module, write short internal guides in your own language, and stand next to you through the first weeks of live operation.
- Role-based training sessions
- Written guides for your own processes
- Hands-on support through go-live
Ongoing support & improvement
After go-live things change: new products, new markets, new people. We stay reachable, fix what breaks, and keep improving the setup instead of leaving it to drift.
- Direct support from the person who built it
- Version upgrades and testing
- Continuous process improvements
Project stalled? That's a normal reason to call.
A large share of ERP projects run late, overrun budget, or quietly stop after go-live. Sometimes the scope was wrong. Sometimes the partner was. We take over stalled implementations, work out what's actually built versus what was promised, and give you a written recovery plan before you commit to anything further.
Before you get in touch
How long does an implementation take?
A focused rollout — sales, purchasing, inventory and invoicing — typically runs 6 to 12 weeks from kick-off to go-live. Manufacturing, multi-company or heavy integration work takes longer. We give you a phased plan so the first useful piece goes live early rather than everything landing at once.
What does it cost?
Two separate costs: Odoo's own subscription, priced per user and per app, and our work. We quote implementation as a scoped fixed price or a capped estimate after the mapping phase, so you are not signing a blank cheque. The mapping itself is a small, separate engagement you can stop after.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No, and usually you shouldn't. Most projects start with the area causing the most pain, run it live, then extend. Keeping your existing accounting or webshop and integrating it is a perfectly good outcome if that system works well for you.
Can you work with our existing IT team?
Yes. Some clients want us to deliver everything; others want us to design the solution and support their own developers. Both work. We document what we build so your team can take it over.
What if Odoo isn't the right fit?
Then we say so. We would rather lose a project than deliver a system that fights your business. The mapping phase exists partly to answer that question honestly.

No slide deck. We look at how you work today and give you an honest answer — including if the answer is no.
